With the understanding that healing work requires healthy food, the chef at Bodega Sky Ranch creates generous, attractive meals from fresh, simply prepared local fish and chicken. Meals also include Sonoma county fruits and vegetables and baked goods from the several excellent bakeries in nearby Occidental and Freestone. Vegetarian alternatives are provided, and special needs can be accommodated.

Breakfast at the Ranch consists of organic coffee, teas and juices, locally baked muffins and breads, seasonal fruits, cereals, milk or soy milk, and a hot egg dish. Lunch varies with the season and the weather and may include homemade soup, salad, and a vegetarian hot dish such as zucchini frittata or Thai noodles with peanut-coconut sauce.

Dinner menus are based on the availability of fresh seafood from Bodega Harbor or locally raised free-range chicken. Local lamb may also be served by special arrangement. Generous and healthful salads are made with local greens, vegetables and herbs grown in the Ranch garden.

In keeping with its mission as a healing and restorative center, alcoholic beverages are not served at Bodega Sky Ranch.
